Al celebrar la Semana de la Enfermería 2025, quiero agradecerles la extraordinaria labor que realizan a diario por nuestros pacientes. La enfermería es más que una profesión, es una vocación; ustedes están presentes en momentos de gran vulnerabilidad con una fortaleza increíble, brindando consuelo, esperanza y sanación a nuestros pacientes y sus familias. Su compromiso con la excelencia en la atención es el motor del Palmetto General Hospital y, por ello, han sido elegidos Enfermeros del Año de sus departamentos.
Aunque este último año nos ha traído sus propios desafíos, a pesar de todo, han demostrado resiliencia, innovación y un apoyo inquebrantable. Su dedicación, compasión y compromiso con nuestros pacientes son simplemente asombrosos. Gracias por su servicio y su incansable dedicación a la profesión de enfermería. Me siento honrado y agradecido de trabajar junto a enfermeras tan excepcionales. Les deseo a todos una muy Feliz Semana de la Enfermería y espero seguir celebrando a cada uno de ustedes hoy y en el futuro.
Celebrating Nurses Week at Palmetto General Hospital
As we celebrate Nurses Week, 2025, I want to thank you for the extraordinary work you do every day for our patients. Nursing is more than just a profession, it is a calling; you are there in moments of great vulnerability with incredible strength, bringing comfort, hope and healing to our patients and their families. Your commitment to excellence in care is the heartbeat of Palmetto General Hospital and for that reason you have been chosen as Nurse of the Year of your departments!
Although this past year has brought our share of challenges, through it all, you have demonstrated resilience, innovation, and unwavering support. Your dedication, compassion and commitment to our patients is nothing but amazing. Thank you for your service and your tireless dedication to the nursing profession. I am humbled and grateful to work alongside such exceptional nurses! I wish you all a very Happy Nurses Week, and hope to continue celebrating each one of you today and in the future.
