Women of Impact 2025 celebrates more than achievement—it honors purpose, service, and leadership rooted in genuine care for others. The women recognized this year exemplify what it means to lead with heart while creating tangible, lasting change in their communities. Through vision, compassion, and unwavering dedication, they continue to transform lives and inspire collective action. Their work reminds us that true leadership is not measured by titles alone, but by the lives uplifted along the way.
Zoe Prieto, Founder of Children in Action, has dedicated her efforts to ensuring that children and families receive the support they need to thrive. Through clothing drives, backpack distributions, and toy donations, her work directly addresses essential needs while restoring dignity and hope. Zoe’s commitment reflects a deep understanding that small acts of kindness, when done consistently, can create powerful and lasting change for families navigating hardship.
Paty Vila, Founder of Fierce and Fearless Women and CEO of Paty Vila Media, has built a platform that empowers women to find their voice, embrace their strength, and lead with confidence. Through mentorship, storytelling, and community engagement, she creates spaces where women feel seen, supported, and encouraged to step into their purpose. Her leadership amplifies the voices of others, fostering resilience and self-belief across generations.
Dr. Danay Rodriguez-Arritola stands as a remarkable example of service-driven leadership in healthcare. As President-Elect of the National Association of Hispanic Nurses, Chief Nursing Officer of Larkin Community Hospital, and Founder and CEO of Lotus Healthcare and Research, her impact spans both clinical excellence and community advocacy through clothing drives, backpack distributions, and toy donations. Her dedication to health education, wellness outreach, and accessible care has strengthened trust and improved outcomes in underserved communities, leaving an enduring mark on public health.
Yesenia Rosa, Vice President of Hialeah City Football Club and Government Liaison Affairs for Blue Fury Sports Complex, demonstrates the power of leadership through community engagement and youth development. By bridging sports, government, and community initiatives, she fosters opportunities that promote teamwork, discipline, and positive growth. Her work highlights the importance of creating inclusive spaces where young people can thrive both on and off the field.
Together, these Women of Impact have led initiatives that address both immediate needs and long-term well-being. From health fairs and wellness education to holiday toy drives and school supply distributions, their efforts go beyond charity. They build connection, restore hope, and empower individuals and families to envision a brighter future, reinforcing the belief that everyone deserves access to care, opportunity, and compassion.
What truly sets these women apart is the consistency and passion behind their service. Their work is not seasonal or symbolic, it is sustained, intentional, and deeply rooted in empathy. By leading with integrity and resilience, they inspire collaboration and motivate others to engage in meaningful service. Their presence has been felt in countless lives, and their leadership continues to ripple outward through the communities they serve. They are shaping stronger, healthier, and more united communities, leaving behind a lasting foundation that will benefit generations to come.
