Ms. Gelien Perez was one of the three finalists for this prestigious national award of HR Innovator of the Year this past March, 2016, sponsored by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Perez is an enthusiastic, young professional who is always striving for success. She is a problem solver. She encourages fresh and innovative ideas that will best serve the “company” and its employees.
She believes that “information and communication” is the key in the organization and that “knowledge thru education is power says the many letters of recommendation for this award. Ms. Perez encourages all to further or continue their education no matter their age. Mostly, she subscribes to the theory of “treating everyone with dignity and respect” in all facets and especially critical work place decision making instances.
Ms. Perez currently has a Master’s degree in Professional Studies: Executive Management and iscurrently seeking her second Master’s Degree with a concentration in Human Resources at Florida International University. She plans to continue her education and obtain her Juris Doctorate degree.
