Su investidura a la orden le ha sido concedida por su trayectoria y vocación de servicio público por defender los ideales humanistas y civilizadores. A si quedando registrado en los expediente y en el elenco de Caballeros y Damas del Reino de España, según las disposiciones de la Sociedad Heráldica Española.

On November 8th, 2016 in Madrid, Spain the Noble Chapter of Knights of Fernando VI, under the protection of Duke of San Fernando of Quiroga, Great of Spain, bestowed upon Sir Roberto Martell Enriquez the Cross of Merit. The investiture was afforded upon Mayor Roberto Martell for his unsurpassed dedication as a Public Servant and for being a defender of humanistic ideals. Thus becoming registered with the Cast of Knights and Ladies of the Kingdom of Spain.
