La Cámara de Comercio Hispana del Sur de la Florida celebró la toma de posesión de su junta directiva, y ,como de costumbre, durante ese evento se presenta anualmente el premio águila dorada. Este año el premio se entregó al Comisionado y Chairman del Condado Miami Dade, Jose, “Pepe” Diaz.
Según la presidenta de la organización, Liliam “Lily” Lopez y el Chairman Roland Sanchez Medina, Jr. Esq., el premio reconoce a personas que luchan por la libertad e igualdad lo cual está representado por el águila. El oro en la parte del premio representa justicia, poder, fuerza y perfección.
El Chairman Diaz es una persona especial que nunca le dice no a nadie, que está ahí para la comunidad siempre y con una sonrisa y abrazos para todos. Sin embargo, no se debe nunca subestimar a este caballero carismático porque toma su trabajo muy en serio y hará todo lo que sea necesario para proteger a su comunidad y a los constituyentes. Por esta y otras razones más se rindió homenaje por parte de la South Florida Hispanic Chamber al Comisionado y Chairman del Condado Miami Dade, Jose “Pepe” Diaz”
La Cámara de Comercio Hispana del Sur de la Florida fue fundada en el año 1994 y es una de las cámaras Hispanas más grandes de EE.UU.
The South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce celebrated the Installation & The Golden Eagle Award Luncheon
The South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce celebrated the inauguration of its board of directors, and, as usual, the golden eagle award is presented annually during that event. This year the award was given to the Miami Dade County Commissioner and Chairman, Jose, “Pepe” Diaz.
According to the organization’s president, Liliam “Lily” Lopez, and Chairman Roland Sanchez Medina, Jr. Esq., the award recognizes people who fight for freedom and equality, which is represented by the eagle. The gold in the award portion represents justice, power, strength, and perfection.
Chairman Diaz is a special person who never says no to anyone, who is always there for the community and with a smile and hugs for everyone. However this charismatic gentleman should never be underestimated because he takes his job very seriously and will do whatever it takes to protect his community and constituents. For this and other reasons, the South Florida Hispanic Chamber paid tribute to Miami Dade County Commissioner and Chairman, Jose “Pepe” Diaz”
The South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce was founded in 1994 and is one of the largest Hispanic chambers in the US.
