The Miami Lakes Chamber of Commerce hosted its eagerly anticipated monthly luncheon on Valentine’s Day, February 2024, at the Miami Lakes Hotel on Main. This gathering not only provided an opportunity for local businesses to connect but also celebrated community engagement and the spirit of togetherness.

Guest speakers Ray Garcia and Tony Fernandez, esteemed members of the Miami Lakes Town Council, took the stage to enlighten attendees about the latest developments in the town and offered insights into forthcoming initiatives. Their informative speeches shed light on the vision for Miami Lakes, emphasizing collaboration and progress.

Fred Senra, the President of the Chamber, welcomed attendees warmly, setting the tone for an afternoon of camaraderie and discussion. The luncheon boasted a full course meal, offering attendees the chance to network over delicious food while engaging in meaningful conversations.

A highlight of the event was the Member Spotlight, shining a well-deserved light on the MH Task Force. Colonel William Perez and Gary Cardenas, representing the American Legion Post 144, eloquently spoke on behalf of the Task Force, highlighting its commendable efforts and contributions to the community.

The luncheon served as a testament to the thriving business community in Miami Lakes, where collaboration and support are paramount. As local leaders and entrepreneurs came together under one roof, there was a palpable sense of unity and shared purpose.
