Elected officials and community leaders joined CNI leadership for an official ribbon-cutting ceremony introducing the institute’s science-based approach to nervous-system regulation, mental fitness, and overall well-being
CORAL GABLES, Fla. — Cole Neural Institute (CNI) celebrated the grand opening of its new Coral Gables facility on Thursday, September 10, 2026, with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by elected officials, community leaders, healthcare professionals, and distinguished guests.
The ceremony marked an important milestone for CNI and formally introduced Coral Gables and the South Florida community to the institute’s structured, science-based approach to nervous-system regulation, mental fitness, and overall well-being.
The Honorable Vince Lago, Mayor of the City of Coral Gables; the Honorable Rhonda Anderson, Vice Mayor of the City of Coral Gables; and the Honorable Natalie Milian Orbis, Miami-Dade County Commissioner, delivered remarks during the ceremony.
As part of the celebration, Mayor Lago presented the City of Coral Gables Seal to CNI business partners Neil Handler, Chief Executive Officer; Geoff Cole, Chief Technology Officer; and Steve Friedman, Chief Operating Officer. Commissioner Milian Orbis presented the partners with a Grand Opening Certificate, while Gloria V. Baez, Vice President of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce, presented them with a proclamation commemorating the occasion.
Together, these recognitions welcomed Cole Neural Institute to the Coral Gables community and celebrated the opening of its new facility.

During the program, Cole introduced guests to CNI and its proprietary Cole Neurologic Method™.
The Cole Neurologic Method™ integrates neurofeedback, physiological biofeedback, cognitive coaching, sensory-regulation techniques, and measurable assessments. The individualized methodology is designed to help clients identify unwanted nervous-system patterns, better understand their physiological responses, and develop healthier, more adaptive responses.

Progress is reassessed at defined intervals, allowing each program to be adjusted according to the client’s individual goals and response.

Before and after the ceremony, guests visited CNI’s specialized session and coaching rooms, learned about the technology incorporated into its programs, experienced complimentary Neural Regulation Mind Massages, and had opportunities to meet CNI leadership. The celebration also included a reception and commemorative photographs following the official ribbon cutting.
