The Miami Beach Tuesday Breakfast Club continues it’s successful week series presenting the political and public officials figures of interest to our community.

The host to this event celebrated in South Beach is the former Miami Beach Mayor Matti Bower and the venue is the famous Cuban American Original CAO Bakery & Cafe in Alton Road, MB.

This week’s presentation featured the City of Miami Beach Building Director, Ana Salgueiro, P.E., .

for a discussion & updates on permitting, new rules for building maintenance and how to register/track a complaint.

My appreciation of this very complex MB City Department after talking to its very well qualified and state of the arts knowledgeable director, Ana Salgueiro, P.E., MB Director of Building Dpt. handling of construction permits and inspections, new construction, remodelings, 20 years building safety certifications, Code Enforcement, Mechanical, Structural, Electrical, even noise level violations from the buildings, Interesting conference for developers and investors in RE.

Following her presentation, Engineer Salgueiro proceeded to answer questions from the participants in a Q&A session that ensued after her presentation.

As always our community activists were present helping at the event and Valerie Navarrete with her video documentary, also Liliana Martinez great MB Community activists. Also attending this event Amadeus Huff , Administrative Assistant to MB Commissioner Steven Meiner and Community participants in MB Business Zulema Diaz, Realtor, and Yudanis Hernandez, Principal Agent OIS.
